The Foundation of IDEAL

Since 1984 Michael Howard has been contracting
and performing Building Maintenance Services in
Texas. Over the years Mike has worked on many
projects with several well known Building Maintenance
and Janitorial Companies across Texas. In 1990,
while working with a Dallas, Texas company, Mike
met Fausto Gomez. Over the years Mike and Fausto
not only developed a solid working relationship but a
great friendship as well.

In 2000 Fausto and Teresa Gomez created the
foundation for IDEAL CLEANING SERVICE and
shortly thereafter in 2001 Mike joined the IDEAL
team. Since that time IDEAL has grown rapidly. In
2003 IDEAL secured a great opportunity with one of
the largest supermarket chains in America. The
award of this contract gave IDEAL the opportunity to
prove they were ready to work on a National level.

Currently IDEAL is servicing over Six Million square
feet daily in five states and growing.
